Opticom New Certificate Update

Each year around this time, Opticom updates its FTP Certificate. To update on your end please follow the steps below:

• This needs to be run on the server (not thin client)

• Please ensure that “Use Passive FTP” is enabled. This is found under System Settings>Inventory>Use Passive FTP toggle box

• When transferring a PO the user will be prompted to accept the new certificate by answering "Y". They might need to be on the server to accept it. 

• You might need to re-transfer the PO again. 

• This new certificate does not affect the FTP address, the password, and the username that we already have set up with Opticom.
