For an example, after my laptop was upgraded to Windows 10 my Rx-Universe stop working. We noticed that the CodeMeter service wasn’t running. When I tried starting the service again, it started for a few seconds but then stopped.
Solution:
On your Rx-Universe dongle, run the “CodeMeterRuntime.exe” as Administrator.
