Inventory

Overview

Depending on the version of RX-Universe that the client has purchased they will either have Inventory Basic or Full (RX-Inventory).

Basic Inventory

Basic inventory in not a full inventory module like RX-Inventory, it will not keep track of your "on hand inventory" nor will it track your re-order, cost, pricing and so on. It will only serve as a means of tracking what Blanks you want to work with in your RX-Universe.

Basic Inventory will show up 3 main components

1. Lens Inventory : This is the active "database" or list of the clients blank availability in his RX-Universe. These will be used to select the blank during the Order Entry. To remove or add blanks you have to use the "Lens Catalogue".
2. Lens Catalogue  : This is where you can browse a wide variety of available blanks that are either active or not in your Inventory, from here you can add/remove blank selection.
3. Load OPC Barcodes : Here you can import manually a list of OPC code from a file.

Inventory Full

Inventory Full also know as RX-Inventory module is a full Inventory management and Pricing system. With this module you will be able to keep track of your inventory on shelf and in production, setup pricing, re-order when inventory is low and much more.
