Production Mix Report

This report can be found in the Reports menu, under Order Reports, then Legacy Reports.

The Production Mix Report gives a breakdown of the lenses used in the lab for a range of dates and customers.

You can select a date range, a customer range, print by option, whether to include remakes or stock orders and whether you would like to see the report in detail or just a summary. Each of these options will be discussed below.

Open

Start Date / End Date - enter the desired date range. All completed orders with lenses in the selected range will be counted.

Start Customer / End Customer - enter the desired customer range.

Print By - you have the option to select to print by Bill To, Ordered By or Ship To.

Include Remakes - if checked, the report will include remakes.

Include Stock Orders - if checked, the report will include stock orders.

Include Farmouts - if checked, the report will include farmout orders (outsourced).

Detail View - if checked, the report will include rows breaking down the information by customer. When not checked, the report will only include customer group information.

Simple Text Report - if checked, the report will generate in PDF format

Export to comma delimited file (CSV) - if checked, the report will generate in CSV format

Percentage calculations will be based on the number of lenses. Information on how fields are calculated:

Clear - Equal to number of Clear lenses for this customer(group) / Total lenses for this customer(group)

Photo - Equal to number of Photochromatic lenses for this customer(group) / Total lenses for this customer(group)

AR - Equal to number of AR lenses for this customer(group) / Total lenses for this customer(group)

Polarized - Equal to number of polarized lenses for this customer(group) / Total lenses for this customer(group)

SV - Equal to number of single vision lenses for this customer(group) / Total lenses for this customer(group)

Prog - Equal to number of progressive lenses for this customer(group) / Total lenses for this customer(group)

Bifocal - Equal to number of bifocal lenses for this customer(group) / Total lenses for this customer(group)

Trifocal - Equal to number of trifocal lenses for this customer(group) / Total lenses for this customer(group)

Plastic - Equal to number of plastic lenses for this customer(group) / Total lenses for this customer(group)

Poly - Equal to number of polycarbonate lenses for this customer(group) / Total lenses for this customer(group)

Hi-Index - Equal to number of Hi-index lenses for this customer(group) / Total lenses for this customer(group)

Glass - Equal to number of glass lenses for this customer(group) / Total lenses for this customer(group)

Trivex - Equal to number of trivex lenses for this customer(group) / Total lenses for this customer(group)
