Lens Style Reporting Groups

A new option has been added to the "Reports" tab, "Lens Style Reporting Groups".

This is a standard maintenance screen with add, edit, delete and search functionality.

You can create a group which consists of different lens styles.  A lens style can only belong to one group.  For example, you can create a group called “VARILUX” and then include all of the different Varilux lens styles.

This will be useful, in new reports in the future, to allow for reporting on lens styles as a group.
