Sales Analysis by Entity report

This report can be found in the report menu, under A/R Reports, Sales Analysis by Entity You must have the AR module installed in order to have access to this report.

This report will:

• give you the summary of costs and sales for a specified date range

• give you the option to include Rx Orders

• give you the option include Stock orders

• give you the option to include Addon and Edge-only orders

• give you the option to include Remake orders

• give you the option to include costs on the order

• give you the option to include the cost of breakages

• Open

  

   

Below is an example of this report.

Average sales = total sales / unit

Average Cost = total cost / unit

Gross Margin (GM%) = (total sales - total cost) / total sales * 100
