vendor QLDS is set up as a regular digital vendor, with the following notes:

1. QLDS does NOT support BRS requests
2. QLDS normally selects the blocking rings for calculations, so ensure the following are set:
   
3. PBOK is not supported by QLDS; this is configured on the LDS calculator side
4. Even though QLDS designs are technically multi-focals, they should be set up as progressive designs.
