Important settings for the Multi-Flex within Rx-Universe

 

  1. In the Blank Selection tab under system settings in Rx-Universe make sure the “Blank size force allowance” is set “0”

  1. In the Surf1 tab under system settings in Rx-Universe make sure the “Crib safety allowance” is set to “4”.

You can also set up the “Min Edge Thickness at Crib” as a default system settings, based on lens style or by passing the information to the digital calculator if accepted. This is help avoid knife edge on lenses.

For the digital calculator, Rx-Universe would need to send MINTHKCD

There was some improvement made to those calculation after version 7.62.00. Always run the latest and greatest update version.
