Future Ship Date Setup

Introduction
This document provides instructions for setting up a future ship date.
Procedure
From the Optifacts main menu:
Select Option 1 – Accounts Receivable
Select Option 3 - Other Routines
Select Option 15 – Edit Future Ship Dates
- Press 'A' – Add a new record.
- Enter the Ship Date.
- Enter the Cut-off time.
The cut-off time is entered in military time (IE: 18:00)
- Enter the Future Date
- Press Escape twice to save the data.
- Press 'E' to exit the form.
