Optifacts User Documentation Overview & Search

We provide Optifacts User Documentation to the Optifacts Technicians and the users of Optifacts Laboratories. We offer a comprehensive selection of user documentation, which can aid our labs in providing an additional tool to train new and existing personnel. This documentation reflects the most recently released version of the software; therefore, there may be differences between this documentation and the LMS (Lab Management System) version installed at any particular laboratory.

Please refer to the Page Index below to access our documentation. Simply click on Expand All to view the sub-pages and then click on the Document Title. You are then re-directed to the selected article.

We encourage all users of the documentation to report any errors or discrepancies so that we may correct them.

Search Tips


You may search our knowledge base by typing a keyword(s) into the Search Knowledge Base box provided above this section.

As you type, results are filtered, and any documents that include what you have entered will display in a list below the search box. Select a document name from the list, and you will be redirected to that page.

Alternatively, you may use the Optifacts menu numbers to perform a search.

Example: Enter the keyword "SKU"  or enter an Optifacts menu series such as 9-1-3 to access any documentation about lens SKU records.
