Mailout Before Frame Marry or Bin Deallocation

Introduction

This document provides instructions for mailing out a job that has not passed through Frame Marry or the frame not yet deallocated.

Procedure

From the Mailout station:

  • Type the tray number and press enter.

If a job has a bin assigned, the FRAME TO COME has been turned off and has not yet passed through the Frame Marry station; the job still cannot be mailed out until the frame bin gets deallocated.

You will see the following message on the screen.

  • Press any key to exit.

Return the tray to the Frame Department to resolve the issue.
