Purging Orders (Deleting)

(version 6.51.00 and up)

We added a feature that allows you to "purge orders" in more than one way in Rx-Universe version 6.51.00

1) Go to "Supervisor" click on "Purging" and "Purge Orders"

2) Here you will have the options to 

• Purge orders older than: "Select date"
• Purge History older than: "Select date"

3) And what type of Orders to purge:

• Completed Jobs only
• Completed & pending jobs
• Stale Orders onlt (Uncompleted with no invoice)
• Completed and stale orders
• Unvalid orders only 
• Completed, on Hold, stale and unvalids Jobs
• Old J/T (Job Tracker) History
• Customer Notes Only
• Orders with Tray release and invoices
• Purging ALL orders (DANGEROUS: This will Delete all ORDERS)

4) Once you have selected what you want to Purge click OK and a screen will ask you to confirm

5) Click Yes and the Purging will start.
