Introduction

The ESCLIS Customer extract holds basic information about each customer. Statistic holds information for each commercial code run for debits during a month for each customer.   It reports both quantity and value. Credit notes are similar to Statistic but hold information for credits.

Procedure

ESCLIS extract process is run by selecting a menu option and entering a few parameters. The process will create three extract files:

Esclis_Customer.xml

Esclis_Statistic.xml

Esclis_Creditnotes.xml


From the Optifacts Main Menu:

Select Option 5 – Report Generators and press Enter.

Select Option 7 – Sales Analysis Reports and press Enter.

Select Option 8 – ESCLIS Summary Report and press Enter.

  • Follow the on-screen prompts.

Once the program runs, it will output files to $CWD/share/esclis_files. There is no printed output.
