Job Records Report

Introduction

This report lists all jobs within a specified date range, a specified account range, and a particular patient or all patients (*).  You may view job records on the screen or print them to a printer.

Procedure

From the Optifacts Main Menu:

Select Option 3 – Editor Utilities and press Enter.

Select Option 7 – Job Records Editor and press Enter.

View Job Records

Select Option 1 – View Job Records and press Enter.

  • Press “Q” to query. Fill in any or all of the available fields.
  • Press Escape to perform the query.

The search results display on the screen.

Print Job Records

You can only print this report to a printer.

Select Option 2 – Print Job Records and press Enter.

  • Follow the on-screen prompts.
