Introduction

This report provides the number of jobs received for a particular period. You can report by Company, Branch, Territory, or Account, or you can print for All. You can only output the data to a printer.

Procedure

From the Optifacts Main Menu:

Select Option 5 – Report Generators and press Enter.

Select Option 7 – Sales Analysis Reports and press Enter.

Select Option 2 – RX Count Report and press Enter.

The RX Counts Report Options form displays.

Enter the inclusive Sunday beginning date.
Enter the number of weeks to report.
Enter the number of business days in a week.RX Summary Report.
Enter the beginning and ending company code.
Enter the beginning and ending branch code.
Enter the beginning and ending territory code.
Enter the beginning and ending account code.
Enter “A” to sort by alpha or “N” numerically.

The report prints and displays the following message:

Press Enter to return to the Sales Analysis Report menu.
