Introduction

This document provides instructions for setting up a Sales Territory Code.

Procedure

From the Optifacts main menu:

Select Option 3 – Editor Utilities and press Enter.

Select Option 1 – Customer Database and press Enter.

Select Option 3 – Add/Edit a Sales Territory and press Enter.

The Customer Database Modifications screen is displayed.

  • Enter the Company Code.
  • Enter the Branch code.

The Adding Sales Territory Address screen is displayed.

  • Enter all the applicable information pressing enter past each field.

Is this data correct (Y/N)?

  • Enter “Y” to continue or “N” to edit.
