Enter Trays for Remote Jobs

This window allows you to tell the system what trays you have available for which colour and routing.

Color

The color combo box allows you to choose entering trays by colour and/or printer routing.  Colours may be one or none of several; routing may be none or one of LPT1 through LPT9.

Tray Number

The tray number field will allow you to enter a tray number. This field will only allow numeric entry of up to 6 characters. All entered numbers will be right justified, and filled with leading zeroes to ensure a length of 6.

Please note: While the entry field allows a length of 6, this is to ensure compatibility with bar codes that requires an even length. Only the first 5 characters will be used.

Please note: Entering a tray number that is currently attached to an active order will throw an error. This error must be dismissed before continuing.

For example,

  • If a tray number "123" is entered, it will become "00123"
  • If a tray number "123456" is entered, it will become "12345".

Date, Time, Seconds

The date, time, and second fields will show the date, time (in hours:minutes), and seconds of the last entered tray number of the session.

These fields cannot be edited.

History

The history display will show the tray number, color, time, and seconds of all previously entered jobs of the session.

The most recently entered tray number will always appear at the top of the list, and the list will be sorted in descending order.

Log

The log display will show the tray number, color, date, time, and seconds of the last 100 trays scanned.

The most recently entered tray number will always appear at the top of the list, and the list will be sorted in descending order by date.
