Introduction

This report provides a summary of Rx jobs received for a particular period. It also provides a breakdown of lens type, material, progressive, aspheric, and photochromic jobs, You can report by Territory or Account, and you can print details or only totals. You can output the data to the screen or a printer.

Procedure

From the Optifacts Main Menu:

Select Option 5 – Report Generators and press Enter.

Select Option 7 – Sales Analysis Reports and press Enter.

Select Option 5 – Customer RX Job analysis Report and press Enter.

Follow the on-screen prompts.

The following is an example of the report printed on the screen.
