Remote Order Processing

If remote orders were set up to not assign tray numbers, and tray numbers were not sent with the incoming order, then the radio buttons controlling the printing of the work ticket had no effect, and the routing destination for unvalid orders also had no effect. This has been corrected. Related, the options on the ROE tab in customer setup were only accessible if Rx-Site was installed, but since the options are valid for all remote orders (Eyefinity, VisionWeb, third-party), the ROE tab is now always accessible on the customer screen.

When the “Keep Existing order #” flag is checked (System settings, ROE tab) and the received order has no order number, the order was discarded. This has been changed to save the order with a generic order number.

Devices

Added the CXCARR and CXBOWL labels to the OMA interface for lenticular designs.

The suppress ELLH flag was in the lens style file was not being checked when processing the ELLH label in the OMA interface.

A new vendor, Nebula, has been added to the Digital Surfacing options. For details, please refer to .

Order Processing

The suppress ELLH flag from the lens style database was not being looked at when an order was entered.

When doing a remake order or a copy order, the ADD power was being set to zero on multi-focal orders.

Work Ticket

Modified the PCL work ticket to print the manually entered frame information from the order, if available.

Settings

Modified the System Settings “Nucleo / ART” tab to allow access to the ART blocks and related fields if the “Default blocking method” in the “Blocking” tab is set to “A”.

Inventory

The Inventory transaction screen showed the wrong “Count” for paired lenses.
