Printing Trace Only Work Tickets

Beginning with version 7.01.00, Rx-Universe allows labs to print trace only (orphan trace) work tickets designed with Satisloh's LOHreport program.

The LOHreport program produces a work ticket template in XML format; to use a template designed in LOHreport, place the resulting XML file into the RX-XML subfolder (under the root RxUniverse folder).

Please note that the LOHreport program must be obtained from Satisloh - this program is not provided with Rx-Universe.

Set Up Rx-Universe for Trace Only Work Tickets

First, the XML file(s) produced by LOHreport (these are the templates) should be placed into folder RX-XML under the RxUniverse folder.

In System Settings, on the Work Tickets tab, set up the printer port for the Trace Only Work Ticket printer, and then select the template of the work ticket to use:

In Device Interface Parameters, on the Tracer tab, check "Allow orphan traces".  

There is a new option on the Shipping menu, Print Trace Only Work Tickets.

To print, enter or scan the trace number. You can enter a maximum of 12 digits for the trace number.
