Creation of Ad-hoc Purchase Orders

Rx-Universe now has the ability to create an Ad-hoc purchase order.

Open

Select a manufacturer from the drop down list and then click “Create Ad-hoc PO”.

I have created an Ad-hoc purchase order for ZEIS. See the entry in the browse window in the middle of the screen.

Now you are ready to add inventory items to the Ad-hoc purchase order. Simply <right-click> and select “Add lens group”. Select the lens that you want to order by double-clicking on it.

Now you can enter the quantities to be ordered.

Once you have finished entering lenses and quantities, you can perform all of the normal functions to the purchase order (ie. printing, releasing, etc.).
