Introduction
This document provides instructions for setting up the condition to route orders if the lens is a non-stock item in inventory.
Procedure
Route Reason and Control Editor
From the Optifacts main menu:
Select Option 3 – Editor Utilities and press Enter.
Select Option 11 – Job Routing Menu and press Enter.
Select Option 8 – Route Reason and Control Editor and press Enter.
The Job Routing Reason and Control Manager will display.
- Enter all the applicable data, pressing Enter past each field.
Use the phrase NON-STOCK ITEM as shown below in the Fld Name frm Job Def: field. Combine this phrase with a mix of other fields such as group triggers, materials, etc. to manage job routing whenever one or more lenses selected for an Rx is a non-stocked item in inventory.
This process makes no distinction for whether a lens is marked stocked or non-stocked in inventory.
