Introduction

This document provides instructions for changing the quantity on hand of an item.

Procedure

From the Optifacts main menu:

Select Option 9 - Inventory and press Enter.

Select Option 1 – Editor Utilities and press Enter.

Select Option 5 – On-Hand Min/Max Changes and press Enter.

Search by SKU #

• Enter “S” to search by SKU number.

• Enter or scan the SKU number.

The item details display on the screen.

Search by Description

• Enter “D” to search by Description.

• Enter all relevant item details. The system searches based upon the input. If the system finds the item, it displays the details on the screen.

Change Quantity on Hand

• Type the new quantity on hand value and press enter.
• Press enter past all other fields.

Are all the data correct? (Y/N)

• Enter one of the following options and press enter.
  • Enter “Y” Yes to save the data.
  • Enter “N” No to return to the form.
• Press Escape to exit the screen and return to the Optifacts Lens Inventory Editor Utilities Menu.
