Create Trace File from Archive & Attach to New Tray

Introduction
This document provides instructions for creating a trace file from the archive to attach to a new tray.
Procedure
From the Optifacts Main Menu:
Select Option 7 – Tray Track and press Enter.
Select Option 9 – Archive Retrieval and press Enter.
Select Option 4 – Create a Frame Trace File and press Enter.
The Archive Data Retrieval screen is displayed.
- Enter all appropriate data to search for the archived job.
- Once you have found the right job, answer “Y” to the question “Is this the correct entry?”
The system then asks you for the new trace number (Tray Number).
- Enter the tray number to which you want to attach the trace.
The trace gets attached to the specified tray number.
- Enter or recall the job through Rx entry to see that the trace is attached to the specified tray.
Traced frame name displays in the Frame Info section.
