Introduction

The Inventory Usage Detail Report identifies details of lens usage.

Procedure

From the Optifacts Main Menu:

Select Option 9 – Inventory and press Enter.

Select Option 2 – Inventory Reports and press Enter.

Select Option 9 – Inventory Usage Detail and press Enter.

Perform the appropriate action(s) per the instructions below:
- Style - Enter the desired style code or * for all codes.
- Size - Enter the segment size or * for all sizes.
- Material - Enter the desired material codes or * for all codes.
- Manuf - Enter the desired manufacturer code or * for all codes.
- Color - Enter the desired color code or * for all codes.
- Min Diam - Enter the minimum diameter size.
- Max Diam - Enter the maximum diameter size.
- Min Base - Enter the minimum base curve value.
- Max Base - Enter the maximum base curve value.
- Print Usages/Shorts/Breakages/All (U/S/B/A) - Enter the desired entry.
  - U = include only usage information
  - S = include only short information
  - B = include only breakage information
  - A = include usage, short, and breakage information
Press Enter after inputting the desired data, and the report is processed and printed.
