WIP Over Time

The WIP Over Time component tracks the WIP over the last day. It takes a sample of WIP Breakdown every Refresh Interval and adds it to the graph. You can add Annotations to the graph (dashed horizontal lines with a label which can represent anything, such as target numbers)
