Base Curve Charts

A new option has been added to the Base Curve Charts tool bar, Web Update.  This option will allow an easy and quick way to download new charts for digital designs.

 

Once this option is selected, the following screen will be displayed.  Enter the Chart # you wish to import from the OSI website and click Continue.

 

The next screen will show all of the materials for the selected Chart # on the OSI system as well as on your local system.

In the example below there are charts for Hi Index 1.7 and Polycarbonate for the selected Base Curve Chart # 'CL' on the OSI system.  Currently, there are no 'CL' charts on the local system.

Once you click Continue, charts that do not currently exist will be imported.  

 

Using the same example where there are charts for Hi Index 1.7 and Polycarbonate for the selected Base Curve Chart # 'CL' on the OSI system, but this time there is a Polycarbonate on the local system for Chart # 'CL'.

Only the Hi Index 1.7 chart will be imported.  If you wish to have the Polycarbonate chart imported as well, you must Cancel this process, go back to the Base Curve Charts browse screen and delete the Polycarbonate for Chart # 'CL'.
