Complete Jobs Workstations

• We now have the Rx-Xplore package - Complete Job Workstations. With this latest addition, users can now complete jobs that are ready for completion through our user-friendly Rx-Workstations module, accessible both on the web and mobile platforms.

Stock Order

• We are introducing a seamless enhancement for Rx-Site users! Now, you can enjoy the convenience of sending stock orders, including finished lenses and frames, directly to the lab. With the new “create a stock order” functionality, effortlessly generate stock orders to your lab and manage and track them within the grid when viewing work in progress. Streamline your workflow and enhance your experience with this latest feature update.

Bugs Fixes and Enhancements

Reassign Orders to a New Tray

•  We added a new functionality where you will be given the option to reassign an order to a new tray. Currently, there are no restrictions in tray assignment if the job has an existing tray. Learn more about it here.

Send Frame Transfer Export File through Email

•  You can now send a frame transfer export file through email and can be sent to multiple recipients Check out how it works here.

Optional View on Shipping and Quick Code Information

•  We made the shipping information and quick code view configurable in Rx-Site through the Lab Config option.

Enhance the Copy-Order functionality in Rx-Site

•  We enhanced our Copy-Order workflow to improve user experience when they are trying to copy an order in Rx-Site.

Fixes

• Rx-Inventory:

  • Fixed double transaction entry when performing frame pick from Rx-Inventory

  • Fixed issue where pick for frame parts is not working when performing pick on both Rx-Inventory and Rx-Universe

  • Fixed an issue when un-releasing a purchase order, the “receive” button would persist on the screen until refreshed

  • Fixed an issue when creating a frame transfer, if the warehouse and customer shared the same key, the transfer could not be created

  • Fixed an issue when creating a frame transfer, the Origin/Destination fields are now properly clear when changing the Transfer Type

  • Fixed an issue when viewing all frame transfers, the action column is now properly scaled to fit within the page and the buttons are spaced evenly

  • Fixed an issue where it is duplicating the original frame transfer when copying with “All” as the origin/destination

• Rx-Site:

  • Corrected an issue where the Create button is not disabled after the initial submission. This allowed users to submit multiple duplicate orders

  • Added note that frame measurements in the Preview section are just estimates to avoid user confusion

  • Fixed an issue where frame status and job type were only showing as acronyms on the confirmation page

  • Fixed an issue where the order information was not updated automatically after the single item sync, you had to refresh the page to see the update.

• Rx-Reports:

  • Fixed an issue where there were inconsistent values of records with DateTime type in the exported CSV files versus the values displayed in the front-end/exported PDF files if the columns when grouping dates "By Same Date" are applied to the columns
