Detach a Tracing from an RX

Introduction

This document provides instructions for detaching a trace from an RX job.

Procedure

From the Optifacts main menu:

Enter 11 - Retail Transfer and press enter.

Enter 9 - Utility: Remote Tracing Admin and press enter.

Enter 4 - Detach a Tracing from Rx and press enter.

The Remote Trace Menu displays.

  • Enter or scan the tray number of the RX with the attached frame.

If successful, you will see a confirmation message.

If the tracing does not exist, you will see the following message:
