Overview

The Late Jobs List dashboard component target enables real-time monitoring of active orders that have passed their specified wanted dates (Order → Date Wanted field). It offers insights to lab managers by visually categorizing orders according to the number of days they are overdue, providing a clear overview of the extent of the delay.

Permissions

The permissions to use any of the Rx-Dashboard targets can be managed in the Rx-Hub → Roles → (Specific Role) → Rx-Dashboards.

  • In Rx-Hub, edit the role of the user you want to grant access to.

  • You need to grant users at least the “Create/Read/Update” permissions of the DashboardComponent so they configure a dashboard component. Ideally, they should have similar permissions to Dashboard and DashboardGroup so they can configure them. Make sure you click on the Update Role button to save the settings.
