There are several parameters that must be configured to use Shippo.com. These are set up in-browser in Rx-Xplore. You must have the Rx-Xplore::Shippo Configuration::Update permission to manage this.

 

 

Connection to Shippo

  1. In order to authenticate with Shippo, you must obtain a token from here. You may use the TEST button to check that the entered token is accepted by Shippo.

  2. In order to pass labels to Rx-Universe, you must write them to the server’s drive somewhere. Enter a valid windows file path for Shipping Lavbel Folder.

    1. Files in the Shipping Lavbel Folder will be kept for Archvie Age days, then deleted

  3. The SYNC CARRIER CODES WITH RX-UNIVERSE button can be used to register all Shippo Codes in Rx-Universe for use with orders.

    1. Note that this process can take several minutes.

Origin Address

Enter the shipping address you will mail orders from here. This will be used by Shippo to calculate rates. After entering your shipping address, you may use the VALIDATE button to check the address with Shippo. Shippo may make adjustments to the format of fields (such as Phone Number) or to the value of fields to conform with their system. These changes, if any, will be applied automatically.

Default Package Size

If entered, this information will be used as the package size when requesting rates from Shippo. If not set, you will need to enter these values manually every time you ship. You may select any standard Shippo Parcel Template as a shortcut to set these values.

Connection to Rx-Universe API

If you are using OAuth with the Rx-Universe API you must connect your Rx-Suite account to Rx-Universe. You can skip this step if OAuth is turned off.

  1. Sign into Rx-Suite

  2. Click the User Menu button in the top right

     

  3. Click the Connect to Rx-Universe button

     

  4. Enter a valid Rx-Universe username and password
