Introduction
This document provides instructions for taking a job out of cancel mode or putting a shipped job back into
process. NOTE:work in progress.

uncanceled or unmailed the same day that it has been |
canceled or mailed out. |
Procedure
From the Optifacts main menu:
Type Select Option 7 – Tray Track and press enterEnter.
Type Select Option 8 – Take Tray Out of Mailout/Cancel and press enterEnter.
The Un-mail/Un-cancel Unmail/Uncancel Tray Routine window displays.
- Type Enter the tray number and press enter.
Is this the correct one to unmail/uncancel (Y/N)?
- Type Y and press enter Press ‘Y’ and Enter if correct.
- Type N and press enter Press ‘N’ and Enter to return to the tray number field.
Tray Track
will beis updated, and a message

wasgot deleted when the job was
first cancelledcanceled or mailed out, and the job
will needneeds to be re-priced before you can mail it
