Introduction

This document provides instructions for taking a job out of cancel mode or putting a shipped job back into work in progress.

A job can only be uncanceled or unmailed the same day that it has been canceled or mailed out.

Procedure

From the Optifacts main menu:

Select Option 7 – Tray Track and press Enter.

Select Option 8 – Take Tray Out of Mailout/Cancel and press Enter.

The Unmail/Uncancel Tray Routine window displays.

  • Enter the tray number.

Is this the correct one to unmail/uncancel (Y/N)?

  • Press ‘Y’ and Enter if correct.
  • Press ‘N’ and Enter to return to the tray number field.

Tray Track is updated, and a message displays indicating that the original invoice got deleted when the job was canceled or mailed out, and the job needs to be re-priced before you can mail it out. The options are to either re-call the job in Order Entry or at the Mailout station. The operator gets prompted to press ‘P’ to re-price the invoice.

  • Press Enter to continue.
  • Press Escape to exit.

If a tray is active in Tray Track, you see the following message:
