Introduction

This document provides instructions for setting up the track station “PRICING STATION”. 

  • PRICING STATION

    • This allows you to enter lite-up options that might have been missed at order entry without going back into Order Entry.
    • Will work with dependency options.
    • Will turn off a lite-up that was already on.
    • WILL NOT prompt for a frame price or any other hand price if the lite-up requires hand pricing or comment entry.

Procedure

Sub-Master Station Setup

From the Optifacts main menu:

Type 7 - Tray Track and press enter.

Type 12 - Tray Track Configuration and press enter.

Type 2 - Sub-Master Station Number Setup and press enter.

The Sub-Master Station Number Setup screen displays.

  • Type Q for query.

  • Perform a search to see if the record exists.

If it does not exist:

  • Type A to add a new record.
  • Enter all the applicable data as per the following example pressing enter past each field.
  • Press escape to save the data.
  • Type E to exit the screen.




Job Data Pricing Change Process

From the Optifacts main menu:

Type 7 - Tray Track and press enter.

Type 7 - Station Assignment and press enter.

The following screen displays.

  • Type the station number and press enter. This number varies by lab. Check with your system administrator for the correct station number to enter.
  • Type the Job, Invoice, or Tray number and press enter.

The following Job-Related Data Entry screen displays. This is the same screen that an order entry operator would see when entering an order that requires additional job data.

  • The the lite-up number that you need to add to the order and press enter. The lite-up description displays after entering the number.

The "Tray number 190 updated to station 1510 in track" message displays at the bottom of the screen.

  • Press escape to exit the screen.
