Introduction

This document provides instructions for reprinting work tickets and Rx Invoices.

Procedure

The Archive Data Retrieval screen is available from 2 menu options (depending on your user permissions).

From the Optifacts main menu:

Option 1

Type 7 – Tray Track and press enter.

Type 9 – Archive Retrieval and press enter.

Option 2

Type 3 - Editor Utilities and press enter.

Type 12 - Archive Data Retrieval and press enter.

The Archive Data Menu screen displays.

  • To reprint a work ticket, type 1 and press enter.
  • To reprint an invoice, type 2 and press enter.
  • To reprint both a work ticket and an invoice, type 3 and press enter.

The Archive Data Retrieval screen displays.

  • Type all the applicable search data pressing enter past each field.
    • To view the invoice on Screen type Y.
    • To print the invoice type N.
    • Type the account number or 0 for all. This field cannot be blank.
    • Type in any other search criteria required (IE: invoice number or patient name).


 *** If a field is left blank it will search all available data. ***

 *** Wildcards (=) or (*) can be used. ***

 

  • Press enter past the last field and the invoice information will display.

Is this the correct entry (Y/N)?

  • If the displayed invoice is correct, press Y and and press enter to print or view on screen, depending on what your selection was.
  • If the displayed invoice is not correct, press N to view more invoices.



  • Press escape to return to the Archive Data Retrieval menu.
