Customer Service

The Ship To # has been added to the Rx Info tab at the bottom of the screen.

When filtering the screen by “Unvalid Jobs”, unvalid deleted jobs are no longer displayed.

Order Entry

When calling the 2D draw feature and switching from left-eye to both eyes, on some computers Rx-Universe would stop responding.

Package pricing has been added.

When adding orders notes, if the customer is a VSP account, use the order ship-to when processing the order note for e-mailing.

When an order is entered with a supply frame and the frame price is not found in Rx-Inventory, no error is given when saving or calculating the order, this has been resolved.

Modified Addon order to accept frames.

Remote Orders

Fixed an issue where specifying _SLAB before HBOX would cause the supplied slab off value to be ignored for some jobs.

Fixed an issue with the Eyefinity interface where "Use VisionStar encryption key" setting was not always respected.

Work Tickets

Fixed an issue where system setting "Create PDF of W/T in Folder" was not creating the requested PDF.

XML Work Tickets

The value of BCOCIN was incorrect for a digital SV design that had the CENTER-DESIGN flag set to “Y”. This affected the spaces between the lenses drawn on the XML work ticket.

XML Exports

Fixed an issue where spaces in file paths could cause export issues.

Packing Slips

When an order that is on a packing slip is un-completed, when the order is removed from the packing slip it could also remove some of the other orders from the packing slip. This has been resolved.

Tray Assignment

If an order already has a tray assigned, prompt the user if they wish to re-assign it. If Yes, re-assign, if No, keep original tray.

Devices

  • OMA interface

    • Added functionality for _CKNRPRSM and _CKDRPRSM labels for the MEI device.

    • Added flags to control how the CKPWR and CKPRSM label are used with single-vision lenses.

    • When an orphan trace is received and the tray has leading zeroes, the zeroes above a total of 5 characters were not being removed.

    • “Print WT on auto-attach” is now working for both toric and digital jobs.

Eyefinity Interface

If Eyefinity sends a UPC that doesn’t exist in the frame inventory, we are now adding the UPC and frame information to the Order Remarks.

If Eyefinity sends an order with no Rx Info, and it’s for a supply frame, made the resulting order in Rx-Universe an Addon type order.

Reports

  • A new Accounts Receivable report has been added to

...

  • the “Reports / AR reports” menu. The report is called “Sales Analysis by Entity”. It contains the sales by date range group sales item type. See Sales Analysis by Entity report

  • A new Breakage Report has been added to the “Reports / Order Reports / Legacy Reports” menu. The report is called “Orders Production Report - Breakage”. It contains the sales by date range group sales item type. SeeOrders Production Report - Breakage

  • Changed the WIP report that is e-mailed to customers to add PO #

Printer Routing Rules

  • Addon Code = and Addon Type = can now be used more than once per rule.

  • Requested Color = can now be blank.

  • Addon Code = now optionally accepts a second value.

  • Added a First Calculation condition that checks if the order has already been through the routing logic.

See Setting Up Routing Rules for details

API Endpoints

Added a new endpoint POST /orders/assign_tray that allows setting tray number for orders.

Changed POST /jt/checkin to accept an operator number to associate with the job track record.

Added additional data to the GET /orders/detail endpoint.

  • lmsSource will always have the value "Rx-Universe"

  • labNumber returns the value for System Setting “Lab Number for Rx-Xplore” under the Dayend Parms tab

The POST jt/checkin endpoint was allowing on-hold and un-valid orders to be checked in to a station when the move should have failed.

Modified GET/orders/cust to no longer include deleted orders.

Modified the GET/ orders / picks and POST / Lenses/ Pick, “Frame to Follow” orders using a frame that was in frame inventory, were requiring frame pick when they should not have.

Modified POST / orders / printWorkTicket, the LPT port is no longer required. If it is not present, the program will default to LPT1

Modified POST/orders/printWorkTicket, the scaling of the printed work ticket was different from the one printed in Rx-Universe. This has been corrected.
