Introduction
This document provides instructions for setting up printer routing using Group Controls. Using Group controls allows you to define specific rules for printer routing such as printing to a specific printer based upon account, coating, services, etc.
Procedure
From the Optifacts main menu:
- Type 3 – Editor Utilities and press enter.
- Type 11 – Job Routing Menu and press enter.
- Type 14 – Group control Menu and press enter.
Refer to the Group Controls & Job Routing Rules Setup for complete instructions on setting up each menu option within the Group Control Menu.
