Allow 0 Sphere Price

This configuration is required in order to allow the Commercial Pricing tables to work in conjunction with the traditional price lists.

Enabling this will display feasibility warnings.

Stop 0 Lens Price Jobs

This configuration is required in order to allow the Commercial Pricing tables to work in conjunction with the traditional price lists.

Turn off Commercial Hand Pricing

When enabled, a job with HAND PRC INV will zero out all commercial hand pricing and only price the LENS itemization category. If this custom configuration is not enabled, HAND PRC INV will act like a discount to any commercial pricing, retaining the original commercial prices for reporting.

Net Override Old Pricing for New Pricing

This configuration will override any old pricing that is set up in the traditional pricing tables.

Excludes Non-discountable Line Items from Sales Bonus

This configuration will exclude any non-discountable items from being added to the sales persons bonus.

Override Price Order

This configuration will allow you to set the order in which the price Percent/Max/Override are applied.

  • Set the letters in the character setting field in the order you want pricing to be applied.
    • P - Percent
    • M - Max Fee
    • O - Override

In our example below, we have set the order as Override 1st, Percentage 2nd and Max Fee 3rd.
