Introduction
This document provides instructions for setting up a Branch Code.
Procedure
From the Optifacts main menu:
Select Option 3 – Editor Utilities and press Enter
Select Option 1 – Customer Database and press Enter
Select Option 2 – Add/Edit a Branch and press Enter
The Customer Database Modifications screen is displayed.
- Enter the Company code.
- Enter the Branch code.
The Adding Branch Address screen is displayed.
- Enter in all the applicable information pressing Enter past each field.
Is this data correct (Y/N)?
- Enter “Y” to continue or “N” to edit.
