Printers
In Rx-Universe you will require a printer for your reporting, work tickets, and standard invoice format.our printing feature is very simple. We can print to any printer that is either connect directly to a Workstation(USB) or to Network printer that is also installed locally on the Workstation. It will use the windows local print spooler and pass on the job the Printer. We do recommend a Laser Printer type due to its longevity and low cost of printing.
Bar Code Scanner
Rx-Universe will work with most Bar Code scanners (wedge scanners). As long as the scanner is supported by the Supported Operating System.
The only exception we have with Rx-Universe is if you use the Job Tracker Module, then you will need a Serial Port bar code scanner. We recommend the Symbol LS208
