Type 6 – Edit Custom Configuration and press enter.

The Custom Configuration Editor displays.

  • If the table does not exist:

    • Press Escape to save the data.
    • Type E to exit.

Some of the baskets have a minimum blank size that they can support without special modifications or adapters. Thus, the system allows a minimum blank size crib diameter, so the generators do not crib lenses below this minimum size. This will allow optimal use of the coating system baskets.

Note: The MINIMUM CRIB DIAM entry works for all jobs in the lab and not just coated jobs.

If a lab uses Coburn generators, the minimum has to be 66.0mm or higher.

This entry uses the Float Setting.

Depending on the lab needs, this should either have Enabled set to (N) for no minimum cribbing or the value in the Float Setting set to a value just larger than the normal block size.
