Introduction:
This document provides instructions for setting up a Company Volume Discount table.
Procedure:
From the Optifacts main menu:
Type 3 – Editor Utilities and press enter.
Type 1 – Customer Database Editor and press enter.
Type 11 – Add/Edit Volume Discounts and press enter.
STOP if you see any Warnings:
If no warnings are shown then proceed as follows:
The Customer Database Modifications screen will display.
- Type the account number and press enter.
- Type in all the applicable information pressing enter past each field. Enter the values from highest to lowest.
Is this data correct (Y/N)?
- Type Y to continue or N to return to the form to edit the data.
