Order Entry
The order notes screen can now be saved with the ctrl+s
shortcut.
Fixed an issue where the enter key did not go to a new line in the order notes entry field.
When assigning a tray to an order and that tray is being used by another job, the system will let you decide if the order using the tray should be completed , or in the case of an un-validated order, to delete it. If you decide to delete the order that is using the tray, an AR transaction was being created for the deleted order. This only affects labs that have their AR modules activated.
For bi-focal Rx, the difference between the PD and NPD is limited to 5mm, the same limit applied to PD’s entered monocular or binocular. This has been changed to allow the difference to be 10mm for binocular PDs.
After calculating an order, if you go into “View blanks” and select different blanks for the order, the “Force chosen blanks” check box is checked, and you can no longer reselect the blanks until it is unchecked. If you save the order and then go back in to modify it, the “force chosen blanks” check box is no longer checked when it should be. This has been resolved.
Entering the Customer # will now set the Ship-To #.
It is sometimes desired to suppress an order (perhaps a test order) from being sent to certain devices, by using an addon code. This can be accomplished using the User Job Flow option #40 and a flag on the device parameter screen.Suppress order from device using User Job Flow Flag
Customer Service
All multi-part keys (e.g. Status; Date
) that are searched with ;
divider (e.g. U;2022
) will now also accept ,
(U,2022
)
Fixed an issue where the PO Number; Rel No
key was only searching for the PO Number even if a Release Number was entered.
When a customer number is entered, the key automatically changes to Customer;patient
, if you then change the Job status
to All Jobs
this can cause a delay in response if you have a large order file. The problem has been solved by forcing the search for
field to include the entered customer number when the Customer;patient
key is used.
Fixed an issue where making an active job into a remake showed a warning that the warranty was expired even if it had not; added the original order completion date to the screen used to convert an active job into a remake.
Remote Orders
When an “_TRACE” label is received, store the label and its value as a VCA override for the order. This will allow it to be used by the user defined XML documents.
If the “Frame Inventory” module is active, and the raw file sets the order to “Supply frame”, if the frame used has a trace attached, if the raw file also contained HBOX, VBOX or DBL values, those values were being used to resize the trace instead of using the trace attached to the frame as it should.
Scan To Print W/T
Fixed an issue where unvalid and on-hold orders could only be printed by order number, not by tray number or po number.
Digital Processing
Rodenstock - added the feasibility check for the Rodenstock digital type.
Essilor - after processing a feasibility check, the order remains at “#waiting for digital data” instead of showing “#Feasibility done”. This has been corrected.
User Defined Work Tickets
The following new tags have been added:
_ONHOLD - the word “On Hold” if the order is currently on hold, or empty otherwise (for watermarks)
_OUTSOURCE - the word “Outsource” if the order is an outsource job, or empty otherwise (for watermarks)
API
Fixed a bug with the /orders
endpoint, causing it to return invalid data in certain situations
New API that counts the number of passes through a job station by day. See Get job count by day for a job station (/jt/station/count/byDay)
New API that counts the number of passes through a job station by day. See Get job count by hour for a job station (/jt/station/count/byHour)
RxTicket
Draw alignment reference points on the frame trace
Work Tickets
An issue was found when using thePCI work ticket and printing the Loh tray barcode. The order remarks would bleed in the barcode making it un-scannable. This has been resolved.
Frame Tracings
An issue was found that caused the MEI edge type in the “devices” tab to change value, even if the user did not modify it. This has been resolved.
