Introduction
This report prints a mailing list by Company sorted alphabetically. You can choose to print on labels (can print on actual labels or just on plain paper) or print to the screen.
Procedure
From the Optifacts Main Menu:
Select Option 5 – Report Generators and press Enter.
Select Option 1 – Customer Database Reports and press Enter.
Select Option 2 – Company Mailing List and press Enter.
- Follow the on-screen prompts. You can select specific or all companies.
The following is an example of the report printed on the screen.
