Introduction

This document provides instructions for enabling the ability for trallar to report on Margo stages by lens. To count successfully processed lenses, the following Portal Status and Custom Configuration should be set up.

Procedure

Custom Configuration

From the Optifacts main menu:

Select Option 3 – Editor Utilities and press Enter.

Select Option 6 – Configuration Editor and press Enter.

Select Option 6 – Edit Custom Configuration and press Enter.

The Custom Configuration Editor displays.

  • Press “Q” to Query to ensure that the table below exists.

If the table does not exist:

  • Press “A” to add a new record.
  • Enter all the information, as shown in the diagram below.
  • Press Escape to save the data.
  • Press “E” to exit.

Portal Status Setup

The Portal ID must be “MARGO” for any stations you wish to report.  Also, to correctly count any reprocessed lenses after a breakage, ensure that the Status Code is in numerical order that the lab completes the processes.

For example, the Status Code for Surfacing could be 100, and the Status Code for Edging could be 200 because you must complete Surfacing before Edging.

From the Optifacts main menu:

Select Option 7 – Tray Track and press Enter.

Select Option 12 – Tray Track Configuration and press Enter.

Select Option 5 – Portal Status Setup Editor and press Enter.

  • Press “Q” to Query to ensure that the appropriate tables exist.

If the tables do not exist:

  • Press “A” to add a new record.
  • Enter all the appropriate information for each station that you need to add.
  • Press Escape to save the data.
  • Press “E” to exit.
