Introduction
This document provides instructions for setting up the track station “PRICING STATION”‘PRICING STATION. ’PRICING STATION
Pricing Station
- This station allows you to enter lite-up options that might Order Entry may have been missed at order entry without going back into Order Entry.
- Will work It works with dependency options.
- Will It can turn off a lite-up that was already on.
- It WILL NOT prompt for a frame price or any other hand price if the lite-up requires hand pricing or comment entry.
Procedure
Sub-Master Station Setup
From the Optifacts main menu:
Type Select Option 7 - Tray Track and press enterEnter.
Type Select Option 12 - Tray Track Configuration and press enterEnter.
Type Select Option 2 - Sub-Master Station Number Setup and press enterEnter.
The Sub-Master Station Number Setup screen displaysis displayed.
- Press ‘Q’ to query.
- Perform a search to see if the record exists.
If it does not exist:
- Type A Press ‘A’ to add a new record.
- Enter all the applicable data as per the following example pressing enter Enter past each field.
- Press escape Escape to save the data.
- Type E Press ‘E’ to exit the screen.
Job Data Pricing Change Process
From the Optifacts main menu:
Type Select Option 7 - Tray Track and press enterEnter.
Type Select Option 7 - Station Assignment and press enterEnter.
The following screen displays.
- Type Enter the station number and press enter. This number varies can vary by lab. Check with your system administrator for the correct station number to enter.
- Type Enter the Job, Invoice, or Tray number and press enter.
The following Job-Related Data Entry screen
displaysis displayed. This screen is the same screen that an order entry operator would see when entering an order that requires additional job data.
- The Enter the lite-up number that you need to add to the order and press enter. The lite-up description displays after entering the number.
The "Tray ‘Tray number 190 updated to station 1510 in track" track’ message displays gets displayed at the bottom of the screen.
- Press escape Escape to exit the screen..
