Introduction

This document provides instructions to process received Rx's that may have failed retail translationRetail Translation.

  1. Identify the failures.
  2. Find the corresponding lite-up or field.

From the Optifacts main menu:

Type Select Option 11 – Retail Transfer and press enterEnter.

Type Select Option 1  – Process Received Rx's Rx’s and press enterEnter.
