Overview
Adjust quantities allow allows the user to adjust the quantity of a frame inventory item from in a particular specific warehouse.

From the Rx-Inventory dashboard, go to the side navigation menu on the left and select the Manage Inventory option, then the Adjust Quantities option.
To find the inventory item using UPC, enter the UPC of the frame and click on the FIND ITEM Find Item button. (The find item modal will show up.)
Click the Clear button to start over.
Find Item
This finds an item modal has 3 steps to complete the selection.
Select the name of the item.
Click the select button (see image below) to select the item.

After you click the select button the Select a size section will shows up. Click the select button (see image below) to select the size.

Find Item
To find inventory items using other frame attributes (e.g. name, collection, brand, model, manufacturer, material, gender, class), you can use the Find Item functionality.
Select the frame attributes of the frame that you are looking for. This should show the list of the frames that matches your criteria.
You will prompted to select an item (based on a unique combination of frame identifiers) by clicking the corresponding Select button of the item you want to adjust. This will show a list of the available sizes for the selected frame.
To pick an individual frame item, you need to select the correct size.
The last step is the Warehouse selection. You can click on the Select button of the warehouse that you want the quantity adjusted for the inventory item.
The adjustment quantities page and the frame information will auto be populated based on the selected item, size and warehouse.

Update required fields.
Now that we’ve got the frame item , and frame information added to it. It’s the warehouse added, it’s time to populate the required fields.
1. Adjust the quantity based on the desired number (You can use the adjustment arrow to update the number of quantity).

Update the amount on the Unit Cost field (You can use the adjustment arrow to update the amount of unit cost).

Click the Submit button.
Adjust Quantity SKUs
We can navigate the Adjustment Quantities by following the steps below:
Navigate to the SKUs page on the side navnavigation menu. Click the edit Edit button in on any items on the table (see image belowor click on any row (if Click Action is set to Edit)
Navigate and scroll down and go to the warehouse Warehouse tab. If you want to adjust the quantity and unit cost just click the adjustment Adjustment icon. (see the image below)
It will redirect to the Adjustment Quantities page and the Frame information will auto be populated based on the selected warehouse.
You can proceed with the adjustment per usual and submit it.
Adjustment Quantities Column Definitions
Here you can find a brief description of the fields that can be found on Adjustment Quantities.
Column Name | Description |

UPC | The Universal Product Code at this warehouseof the frame inventory item that this adjustment is applied. |
Warehouse | The name of the warehouse that will update the adjustmentsyou are applying this adjustment for the inventory item. |
Adjust Quantity By | The quantity of the item at this warehousechange applied for this adjustment. This can be positive or negative quantity change. |
Unit Cost | The unit cost of the frame at this warehouseinventory item for this adjustment. |

Quantity Adjustment Transaction Records
