Introduction

This document provides instructions for setting up a Sales Territory Code.

Procedure

From the Optifacts main menu:

Type Select Option 3 – Editor Utilities and press enterEnter.

Type Select Option 1 – Customer Database and press enterEnter.

Type Select Option 3 – Add/Edit a Sales Territory and press enterEnter.

The Customer Database Modifications screen will displayis displayed.Image Removed

• Type Enter the Company code and press enterCode.Type
• Enter the Branch code and press enter.

The Adding Sales Territory Address screen will displayis displayed.

• Type in Enter all the applicable information pressing enter past each field.

Is this data correct (Y/N)?

• Type Y Enter “Y” to continue or N to edit.“N” to edit.
