Introduction
This document provides instructions for entering
ana supplied (enclosed) lens through Order Entry. These lenses your customer has sent in for processing, such as edging or coating, and you do not want to decrement lens inventory for this type of job.
Procedure
:From the Optifacts main menu:
Type Select Option 4 - Run Layout Order Entry and press enterEnter.
The Tray & Acct window displays.
- Enter all the appropriate information on the Tray & Acct window.
The CBT Selection window displays. (Refer to the Commercial Branding Tool (CBT) section for further details.)
- Make your selection and press enter Enter to continue.
Once the CBT selection is complete, the Rx window displaysis displayed.
- Type S Press “S” at the STYLE W/SEG SZ field and press enterEnter.
Special Entry
The Special Entry window displays.
- Type Enter the letters ER to indicate Enclosed Right, EL to indicate Enclosed Left, or EB to indicate both Enclosed.
The selected entry displays.
- Press escape Escape to return to the STYLE W/SEG SZ field.
If you have selected only one lens to be enclosed, you will see the message as shown in the following messagediagram:
- Enter the applicable data and continue the layout process until the pricing options screen displays.
The Enclosed R, Enclosed L or Supplied Lens (for both) pricing option
will begets highlighted automatically based upon the special entry selection.
- Continue the layout process.order entry process.
